My name is Claudia and I am the owner and creator of C. Crowell Fine Confections. With a love for French cooking and culture, I couldn't help but test my abilities with French pastries. The vibrant colors and endless flavors that come from these sweet little confections have awoken a creative passion that I didn't know existed.
Armed with only my research and culinary instincts, I first attempted the Macaron out of pure curiosity. The obsession that followed shortly thereafter was unexpected but incredibly welcome. Labeled as fussy and temperamental, the Macaron has acquired a reputation for snobbery, but when I'm alone in my kitchen...sifting...folding...and listening to every ingredient, nothing is more simple and lovely than that.
Nothing brings me more joy than giving others the same delight I experienced with my first bite. This joy has created C. Crowell Fine Confections and I can't wait to continue the fabulous journey of bringing heart warming treats to others.
